Journal Flow is where we take a traditionally solo practice and make it a group activity (while maintaining our inner introverts’ boundaries)! It’s yoga for the brain with your journal.
If you’re an overthinker with a favorite pen, don’t miss this!
You are welcome to come if you are an avid journaler, new to journaling, or want to find fresh flow for your journaling habit.
Add on the How to Start Journaling prior to the flow to feel extra confident!
Bring:
Your own journal & pen/pencil (loose paper and pens will also be available)
Your yoga mat (there will be some available)
A desire to try something new
A willingness to show up for yourself
