Thursday Journal Flow is a warm & welcoming class. Grab your journal, your favorite pen, settle into your favorite spot at home, and enjoy a yoga-like journaling experience.

If you are an overthinker with a favorite pen—don’t miss this:)

Journal Flow is a yoga-style journaling experience that allows you to show up with any background in journaling and achieve all the benefits of journaling. It is a safe, welcoming place for you to just show up as you are, put pen to paper, and leave feeling lighter and more clear than when you came in.

Whether you’re in person or virtual, the benefits are the same! When you come to class, I explain how it works (that I’ll be reading prompts), what to do if you get stuck, and that it’s a bit like a guided meditation. You do not do all the prompts, only the ones that are a deep “yes!” in your own journal, and you just allow it to flow. Class is about 60 minutes, and similar to a workout or yoga class, you leave feeling lighter.

Never journaled before? Come and see if it vibes:) Or take the How to Start Journaling class to feel extra confident!

Bring:

  • your own pen & paper (duh!)

  • a willingness to try something new

  • a desire to show up for yourself more (this one is important!)
