Join Sarah Dulany-Gring (SDG), owner of FAUVED and author of NAKED, for a unique yoga-inspired Journal Flow. Expect a warm, welcoming, and whimsical space (yes, even on zoom) that will challenge you (& make you laugh!) as we release some mental clutter and access deeper clarity. Designed to be deeply grounding and inspiring, you’ll leave class feeling more connected to your inner voice and more in tune with your favorite self. The class takes a solo self-reflection practice and makes it a group activity while maintaining all of our inner-introvert’s boundaries. Just as yoga unites breath with movement, this class integrates mindfulness with guided journaling for a powerful practice that cultivates greater self-reflection and inner peace.
